While there will not be any campus housing, we have several discounted rates and room blocks at various price points at the following local hotels. Please note the method of registration and date of room block closure for each.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
- Each STAFF member institution can register up to four individuals (one director and three staff members). Please contact the conference organizers if you wish to register additional members, as we may be able to accommodate some extra attendees.
- Early bird registration is open through Thursday, May 22. The early-bird registration fee is $400. The STAFF steering committee and W&L are pleased to be able to offer the “long distance” discount for the third year. A discounted price of $300 will be offered to the following institutions during early-bird registration: Carleton College, Claremont McKenna College, Colorado College, Grinnell College, Lewis and Clark College, Macalester College, Scripps College, St. Olaf College, and Whitman College. If you and your team would benefit from this discount, please register using this direct link. If your budget allows you and your team to comfortably attend the conference, please consider opting out and paying it forward to a fellow STAFF institution that might benefit.
- Regular registration will be open from Friday, May 23 - Friday, June 27 at a rate of $450. Late registration is available until the start of the conference at $500.
- Refunds will be granted at 100% through Friday, June 13. Refunds of 50% will be granted through Monday, June 30. No refunds will be granted after Monday, June 30.
HOUSING
- To stay at the Holiday Inn Express ($156/night) please call (540) 463-7351 and mention the W&L STAFF group to reserve your room at the discounted rate by Friday, June 13, 2025. Continental breakfast is included.
- To stay at the Tru by Hilton ($99/night) call (540) 254-7630 and mention the W&L STAFF group to reserve your room at the discounted rate by Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
- There are several local B&B’s and downtown hotels as well.
